Every year, The Poetry Society of New York hosts its fall gala to raise funds for programming and development efforts. In 2025, the gala’s theme was “Charting Our Poetic Futures”, celebrating mysticism through an immersive event where attendees create the art they are supporting. The graphical elements focus on astrology, featuring astrological symbols, constellations, and stars. Design elements are dark and metallic, drawing inspiration from autumnal palettes and the night sky. To add a layer of interactivity to the campaign, horoscopes that serve as writing prompts were created. These elements combined created a mystical world that enchanted arts patrons and artists alike. The Masquerade Ball campaign saw an increase in engagement across social media, resulting in the fundraising goals being met. Reflecting the celebration itself, the campaign boldly celebrated mystical experiences and the creation of art.
