NYU Tandon Women's History Month
Campaign, Marketing
At New York University Tandon School of Engineering, STEM education is not limited by gender. In honor of Women's History Month and aiming to build a supportive environment where we all work together to increase women’s representation, retention, and success in STEM, a social media campaign was developed to feature the achievements of women in STEM. The design draws upon colors generally associated with women and femininity, incorporating pink and purple with elements of accent colors already included within the brand book. Designs are centered around the women themselves, emphasizing the celebration of women. The school's efforts to build a supportive environment are paying off, more than 40% of the class of 2024 identified as women. The campaign proves their dedication to creating more space for women in STEM.
